Pierce Multimedia offers a variety of support and consulting services after your website is finished. These services are provided as needed and email is the best and most affordable way to contact us regarding theses services. We do offer telephone support and consulting for additional fees. Design Support & Consulting
Support for the design of your site, including programming support for Joomla and other website programs used in the overall design of your site. Support is when Pierce Multimedia does that actual updating of your site. Consulting is when we give you detailed instructions on how to update your design.

Pre-Paid Yearly Maintenance Contracts
Purchase a Pre-Paid Yearly Maintenance Contract and save money when it comes to updating your website.   

6 Hours - $99.95 a year

14 Hours - $199.95 a year

23 Hours- $299.95 a year

45 Hours - $499.95 a year

100 Hours - $999.95 a year

Unused hours expire 12 months from the start of the contract, no refunds.  Maintenance is credited against your prepayment for every 15 minutes of work.  Yearly Maintenance Contracts enjoy the freedom to call or email their support issue at no additional fee.   Maintenance over the contracted amount will be billed at standard design support rates, see below.
 
Email Design Support - $35 per incident
You can request Pierce Multimedia to do something for you on your site via email, Contact Support Center. Pierce Multimedia will spend up to 30 minutes updating your site. Turn around time 24 to 48 hours.

Telephone Design Support - $45 per incident
You can request Pierce Multimedia to do something for you on your site via telphone, please call support at 270-404-108. Pierce Multimedia will spend up to 30 minutes updating your site. Turn around time 24 to 48 hours.

Onsite Design Support - $75 per hour
Pierce Multimedia will come to you and do something for you on you site on your location or in our offices by appointment only. Pierce Multimedia will spend up to 30 mintues updating your site. Turn around time 24 - 48 hours, please schedule your appointment by calling support at 270-404-1085. Mileage fees will accessed for onsite appointments 30 miles outside of Glasgow, Kentucky.
